We not only handle a full line of corporate clothing, but we also have a full line of athletic uniforms for Perth businesses that want to sponsor corporate teams in any races, from fun runs to charity events to triathlons. The season for running, cycling and triathlons is starting to heat up. We want you to know that there is still plenty of time to order new uniforms for your team.
We provide uniforms for corporate teams, but we also provide them for families and small clubs or even groups of friends who decide to create a team.
Benefits of Corporate Running and Cycling Teams
We are big fans of corporate teams. We have seen first hand the camaraderie that they can create for the workplace. When your workplace sponsors a team for a charity event, for example, it can help people in the workplace forge lifelong alliances and friendships. One of the best benefits of sponsoring a corporate team is that people in different departments end up cooperating with each other.
Another benefit: it gives employees another reason to be proud of their workplace. “Employee engagement” is a hot topic right now in executive boardrooms across the country. Corporate teams increase employee engagement because it gives them a reason to be excited about their workplace.
When you create a sharp-looking company uniform with your company’s name and logo, your employees tend to wear it a lot. If you encourage them to wear it when they practise, they usually do. This means that every time your employee practises, everyone who sees them receives an advertising impression that is “piggy-backed” onto the image of an athlete running or cycling. When the employee stops for coffee, a smoothie or a bite to eat after they are finished practising, they provide more advertising impressions.
On race day, you receive more advertising impressions from spectators and from other participants. If your corporate team is listed as a sponsor, that’s more advertising. Your employees become small billboards carrying your message. Because they are participating in a run, a cycling event or a triathlon, your brand is being associated with health and fitness.
What We Can Do for You
We carry a full range of athletic apparel, but the standard singlet is usually enough for running and cycling. We make our singlets out of 160 gsm Ultramesh cool/dry fabric. They are very durable and extremely efficient at allowing heat to flow out of your body. They come in a variety of colours. We carry them in sizes ranging from XS to 5XL. For children, we carry four sizes: 6, 8, 10 and 12.
We now use a process called sublimation in which all of your team names, numbers and logos are dyed directly into the fabric. Since it becomes part of the fabric, it doesn’t crack, peel off or fade. In addition, it doesn’t block the outward flow of heat, ensuring that you stay as cool as possible during the hot summer events. Your garment remains breathable and lightweight.
You can order as few as ten units and there will be ready in four to six weeks.
